Renovation
Instead of buying a new hat why don’t you just get your old hat renovated! When we renovate a hat we tear everything out of the hat to be able to get it back to square one. From there we completely rebuild the hat into a brand new hat (Well as new as we can) and give it a new silk, sweat, crown band, and etc.
